Geoffrey’s MVP seeks to award a yearly $2,000 scholarship to a Morris County football player or student who exemplifies the sportsmanship of Geoffrey D’Aries, who has been an unselfish and spirited supporter of Morris County football since 1999. Geoffrey’s MVP, Inc. was started in honor of Geoffrey, a 34-year-old alum of Mendham High School with cerebral palsy. His loyal support of the MHS Football program continues to inspire fans, his peers and the larger Morris County community.

The scholarship recipient would not be a star or even a starter on the football team, but a person whose sportsmanship, scholarship and needs should be supported. Female students and non-players are eligible, if they are active supporters of their football program.
